Meet Lisa (and Belle!) – Calm, Caring, and Here to Support You

Hello, I’m Lisa

I’m a Yoga Teacher and Reiki, Energy Healing practitioner based near Ludlow and Kidderminster, with years of experience helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and minds. My sessions are all about slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space for self-care and wellbeing – whether that’s through movement, stillness, or gentle energy healing.

I have spent over 25 years working in the fitness industry, running my own fitness classes successfully in this time and also working in larger fitness establishments, supporting people in their health & fitness. Over time, I felt a natural shift toward more restorative, mindful practices – and I now focus on the emotional, energetic and spiritual side of wellbeing as well as the physical.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities – from complete beginners to those returning after injury, illness or stress. What matters most to me is creating a safe, welcoming space where you can truly listen to your body and mind, and take what you need from each session.

There’s no pressure to ‘keep up’ or perform – just calm, steady guidance and lots of encouragement to go at your own pace.

Many of the people I work with are dealing with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or the lasting impact of past trauma. Whether through gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, or Reiki energy healing, my aim is to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring the body back into a place of balance. These sessions can offer space to reconnect with yourself, process emotions gently, and support your overall mental and emotional wellbeing – in a way that feels safe and nurturing.

And Meet Belle...

If you visit my home studio – or occasionally one of my classes at the village halls near Ludlow & Kidderminster – you might be lucky enough to meet Belle, my gentle and affectionate Pomeranian. She’s a small bundle of calm who loves being part of the peaceful atmosphere.

Belle has a lovely, soothing presence and is so relaxed during sessions that she often curls up in the corner and has a little nap. She brings a quiet comfort to the space, and many clients say she adds an extra touch of warmth and joy to their time here.
